Nearby Mueller is a cutting-edge planned community built on the former site of Robert Mueller Municipal Airport. Mueller’s parks, attractions, offices, and retail centers are easily accessible from Windsor Park.
Windsor Park offers a great selection of locally run restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Hank’s Austin is a neighborhood favorite, with a large menu of all-day diner fare including tasty burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, pasta dishes, and vegetarian options. Cenote serves a wide range of American-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner eats alongside French pressed coffee, wine, and 12 beers on draft. The menu includes a variety of specialty burgers, sandwiches, salads, and tacos.

Windsor Park is located close to the thriving hub of Mueller, where you can find big-box stores, restaurants, and an H-E-B for groceries. Mueller’s vibrant dining scene includes many trendy eateries. Enjoy traditional Texan ranch food and seasonal cocktails at Contigo, sublime Italian cuisine at L’Oca d’Oro, authentic hand-pulled noodles at Xian Sushi & Noodle, and refined omakase tasting courses at Kyoten Sushiko.
Bartholomew District Park spans 57 acres and offers many facilities and amenities. The park has a disc golf course, baseball and softball diamonds, and courts for basketball, tennis, and volleyball. There’s also a children’s playground, nature trails, picnic areas, and large fields for playing all kinds of games and sports. The star attraction of the park is Bartholomew Pool. This outdoor aquatics facility features fountains and splash pads, pools with sloped floors for kids, two water tube slides, and a 25-yard lap pool with a diving board.
Nearby Mueller offers plenty more to see and do. Mueller Lake Park spans 30 acres with an open-air amphitheater, playgrounds, picnic areas, and trails surrounding a picturesque lake. The Thinkery is a hands-on museum in Mueller for children with many fun science exhibits. Morris Williams Golf Course is an 18-hole public course in Mueller with challenging contours and amenities, including a driving range, putting greens, and a clubhouse.
